Hunting is not just a fascinating “tour” through various natural areas. This is also a lot of work that requires caution, concentration, patience, and certain skills. To simplify the tasks set for themselves, the hunter needs a thorough preparatory work. It is important not only to clean and lubricate the gun, stock up on ammunition. It is necessary to pack all the necessary things in one backpack, take care of the gun case and bandolier. After all, the success of the planned event largely depends on this.
Experienced hunters use soft covers made of materials such as tarpaulin or canvas, as well as light bandoliers with buttoned covers. The best option for a backpack is one that is roomy and light. At the same time, it is desirable that the material for the backpack is strong and waterproof. Then all the things in it will remain dry, and you will not have to run through the forest in search of dry branches for a fire. The birch coal that you bring with you will retain all its qualities.
A hunter needs a knife. They can cut up game, cut bread, and use it as a tool at hand. It is advisable to use modern versions of the knife, in the handle of which a screwdriver, awl and other useful devices are inserted.
Wade through the thicket, get out of the pits, chop wood will help a small hatchet. And stock up on cool water is available using an aluminum flask. In the backpack, you must necessarily put medicines, bandages, a pot, a flashlight, liquid for ignition, plastic wrap, warm clothes and socks. Do not interfere with the map and compass, because otherwise you will get lost in an unfamiliar area.
Clothing and shoes also need to be selected according to the season. In the warm season, a shirt, a jacket with pockets, a cap and comfortable khaki trousers are suitable. This will create a kind of disguise for the hunter. In winter, a cotton padded jacket, warm trousers, a fur coat, and a thick hat are indispensable. A camouflage white coat or hunter’s costume is worn on top.
Shoes or Slippers are completely unacceptable for hunting. Shoes should be practical, comfortable, and protect people from being bitten by snakes. Rubber boots are often used. Such shoes, although they protect the feet from moisture, but lead to rapid fatigue of the feet, the appearance of scuffs and the appearance of sweat. Rubber boots are best used in places where you have to cross streams and swampy areas.
